When you visit this site

This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts: no analytics, no ads and no social media. Fonts, images and stylesheets are served from fortapay.dk itself.

We keep an access log of every request: the time, your IP address, the address you request and your browser's identification (user agent). The log is used for operations and security, i.e. to find faults and fend off attacks, and it is deleted after 13 months at the latest. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

Traffic passes through a network protection provider that forwards the request to us and therefore also sees your IP address.

When you use Forta Pay

When a company (creditor) uses Forta Pay to collect payments from its customers, we process information about the creditor's debtors on the creditor's behalf, e.g. name, address, contact details, invoices and payments. The creditor is the controller and we are the processor. If you are a debtor, please direct questions about your information to the company that sent you the invoice.

For users who log in, we process name, email address and a log of actions in the system, so that we can deliver the service and document who did what.

After login, only the cookies needed to keep you logged in are used, and the payment portal remembers your language choice in a cookie. No cookies are used for analytics or marketing.
